Had an incredible experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were super clean and cozy, and we were treated to a great view of the mountains. the hotel's location was excellent as it was easily accessible, and nearby restaurants were open until late at night.

The internet connection was not strong, and the food was not available 24/7, which was a downside during our stay. Despite that, the hotel's perfect ambiance and the staff's respectful behavior made up for it.

Despite being just off the Beirut-Damascus highway, the location is very peaceful. the rooms are spacious and clean with spectacular views of the Lebanese countryside. the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, and the evening restaurant serves delicious meals in an area where all other restaurants close at max 12 am.

The hotel was amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a free upgrade to our room, which had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options. We also enjoyed the complimentary shisha and the fitness center offered a wide range of equipment for a great workout.

The hotel was quite isolated, requiring a car to reach any nearby shops or restaurants. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, making it difficult to use our devices.

the exclusive amenities in our room were exceptional, and the Spa & wellness center was one of the best we've ever experienced. the indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the massage service we received was relaxing and rejuvenating. the seasonal outdoor pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax.

The only minor issue we experienced was related to service. Although the staff was friendly and attentive, it took longer than we would have liked for our requests to be fulfilled.
